Job Description
We are seeking a Mid–Senior Software Engineer (C++ / Rust) to join the Front Office technology team at Pulsar Trading, operating within a high-frequency trading (HFT) environment. This role combines strong hands-on software engineering with light technical leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior engineers and supporting production trading systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance, low-latency trading systems
- Support production (BAU) systems and implement system enhancements
- Work closely with traders and Front Office stakeholders to deliver requirements
- Mentor and guide junior engineers (initially 1–3 team members, with potential
expansion) - Contribute to system reliability, performance tuning, and continuous improvement
- Participate in design discussions and provide input on architecture decisions
