This is a founding-energy role inside an operating company. You'll have real ownership, real autonomy, and real consequences to your decisions. We're not looking for someone who can do full stack work. We're looking for someone who has — under pressure, with imperfect information, and came out the other side with something that worked.

What the work looks like

You'll be the engine. The person the team turns to when something needs to go from idea to live in days, not quarters. You'll make architectural calls that stick, ship experiments before the spec is ready, and iterate in tight loops with product and leadership...
