who thrives on ownership and loves building beautiful, performant, and scalable web experiences. You’ll lead the frontend efforts for Commotion’s product suite — helping shape the product, architecture, and engineering culture as we scale.
What you’ll do
Lead the design and development of our frontend systems using React, Redux, and TypeScript
Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship high-quality features fast
Own frontend architecture and guide technical best practices
Mentor junior developers and help drive the team’s technical direction
Ensure performance, accessibility, and scalability across our platform
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in frontend development (React/Redux/TypeScript)
Strong understanding of modern web architecture and state management
Experience leading projects end-to-end — from planning to production
