Responsibilities
Ensure smooth working of a team of software engineers.Complete software projects on time and within initial requirements.Conduct interviews and screening calls of potential future team members.Communicate well with adjacent team members and team leads (QA, Design, Product)Perform software engineer duties when time allows and stay current with relevant technological advancements.Make architectural decisions for enterprise applications and advise other software engineers on planning and architecture.Required experience and qualifications
