Principal Software Engineer (Individual Contributor)

6-Month Contract | Fully Remote (UK) | Up to €300/day | ASAP Start

UK-based fintech platform backed by major retail brands, operating in the Buy Now Pay Later / pay-later space (Klarna-style alternative). The platform is scaling and investing in strengthening its microservices architecture and cloud infrastructure.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior-level Engineer to work on complex technical delivery across Node.js microservices and AWS cloud infrastructure.

This is a hands-on technical role with no line management responsibilities. You will operate at Principal level in terms of ownership, architectural input, and production impact, while remaining embedded in the code.
