Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test and deploy robust, maintainable and readable software, applications, APIs and workflows — primarily using Java
  • Introduce industry standards and best practices and continuously simplify the existing software architecture
  • Work in Agile teams following Scrum methodology; participate in sprints, stand-ups and planning sessions

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience as a software engineer
  • Deep knowledge of object‑oriented or functional programming with proven experience delivering production‑grade systems in Java
  • Passion, discipline and commitment when making technical decisions
  • Strong critical‑thinking mindset to challenge the status quo
  • Proficiency in Italian (preferred) and English
