Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Senior Software Engineer** to join their team **hybrid** in Charlotte, NC. The position will start as normal business hours - 8 am to 5 pm. Could move to evening shift during the peak Windows 10 to Windows 11 conversions.
**Hybrid will be 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.**
**Duties and Responsibilities** **:**
• Participate in moderate to highly complex initiatives and projects associated with the technology domain, including installation, upgrades, and deployment efforts
• Identify opportunities for service quality and availability improvements within the technology domain environment
