Senior Software Developer (Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop trading systems and monitoring tools for our Liquid Air Energy Storage (LAES) plants and grid-stability operations.

This role is fully remote with no requirement for office presence. We support remote collaboration through modern development practices, code reviews, and virtual team coordination.

We value clear thinkers with strong engineering fundamentals who can reason about distributed systems, data integrity, and real-time control.

Python is our primary language (Rust a plus), but we prioritize problem-solving ability and software craftsmanship above specific language experience. Strong engineering fundamentals are more important than specific language expertise — we support a short (~3 week) Python ramp-up period for strong engineers.
