Role & responsibilities

  • Java 8 or above
  • Hibernate
  • Oracle Db (Should be good in writing queries) & PostGreSQL
  • JAX‑RS: RestEasy + Jackson for REST API and JSON
  • JSP
  • Git
  • Sonarqube/Sonar lint experience
  • Cloud - AWS (basics IAM, SNS, SQS, S3, cloudwatch)
  • React.js / Strong JavaScript/jQuery skills (Good to have)
  • EJB (Good to have)
  • Backbone.js (Good to have)

Preferred candidate profile

  • Additional Requirements for Tech Lead
  • Architectural Decision Making: Defining the system's architecture (e.g., microservices design, service boundaries), technology roadmap, and overall engineering standards, not just implementing a part of it.
  • Technical Team Leadership: Managing the day‑to‑day work, capacity, and performance of other developers, including delegation, task breakdown, and accountability for team delivery.
