This role is responsible for driving engineering excellence by governing Software Requirement and System Design, ensuring solutions and design are robust, compliant, and clearly defined. The role overseas regulatory compliance, cybersecurity and complaint investigation. The role fosters a culture of innovation, and continuous improvement champions the transformation of software development by implementing Agile and AI Agent workflows.
