Senior SOE Systems Engineer

Infrastructure Engineers implement, manage and retire the infrastructure (including physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure) that supports digital services. Key duties and responsibilities The Services, delivered in collaboration with and under supervision by nominated personnel, include, but are not limited to, the following: Work together with business users and system administrators to improve and optimise the implementation, use and management of ICT & business solutions. Collaborate with staff to diagnose and resolve operational and technical problems. Actively engage with staff to leverage solution expertise and contribute positively to expanding the clients knowledge base. Actively participate in software configuration planning and management.
