Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide expert mental health assessments, care coordination, therapeutic interventions, and advocacy to promote positive outcomes and wellbeing. As a clinical leader, you'll apply your specialised social work expertise to mentor colleagues, drive best practice, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
