For accepted milestones talent agrees to provide the following services:
Build Sitecore components and UI following established best practices.
Recommend solutions based on feasibility, value, and architectural alignment.
Ensure all deliverables comply with security standards, policies, and development frameworks.
Participate in and occasionally lead defect triages to resolve issues and remove blockers.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with partners, users, and team members.
Perform peer code reviews and provide timely feedback.
Proactively escalate risks and issues with recommended mitigation steps.
