The Senior Site Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving successful project delivery by balancing strategic objectives with day‑to‑day operational execution.

As the senior leader of onsite technical teams, the Senior Site Manager is responsible not only for daily coordination of onsite activities, reporting, and issue resolution, but also for providing strategic direction, developing site management best practices, and building a high‑performing, scalable team culture. Success in this role is measured by consistent project performance against schedule and margin, strong client relationships, and the development and engagement of onsite teams.
