Senior Site Architect - Finishes Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Site Architect with 5 years of site execution experience to join our team in Nasr City.

In this role, you will be fully responsible for overseeing all finishing works from a strict architectural perspective. You will ensure seamless material transitions, impeccable detailing, and flawless coordination between different trades, managing packages ranging from core & shell completion to high-end interior and exterior finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Exterior Finishes Management: Supervise and approve the execution of facade works, including GRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete), Curtain Walls, and Cladding.

Interior Finishes Management: Overlook all interior finishing stages, including plastering, painting, and intricate interior architectural details (Core & Shell / Fit-out).
