Senior Shopify Developer (Apps + Themes + AI Workflow)

We are a German company running multiple Shopify projects—including apps, themes, and store setups—and we’re looking for a Senior Shopify Developer who can own initiatives, ship fast, and have strong skills in Shopify app development, theme work, and AI tools such as Cursor.

Responsibilities

• Shopify App Development
  • Build and maintain embedded admin apps and backend services
  • Work with Admin GraphQL, webhooks, app proxy, metafields/metaobjects
  • Implement authentication, data synchronization, background jobs, and integrations (APIs, SFTP, PDFs, etc.)
  • Debug production issues end‑to‑end and ship fixes with clean PRs
• Shopify Theme Development
  • Implement and extend themes using Liquid, sections/blocks, and JSON templates; apply Dawn patterns
