This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SharePoint classic site functionality, access, and performance, while ensuring effective communication with clients. The successful candidate will document all support activities and solutions for knowledge sharing and continuity, assess the current SharePoint environment for optimization opportunities, and plan the migration of SharePoint content to upgraded solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint classic and modern sites
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
