About the role

Elmery is looking for a Service Engineer to lead customer-facing service activities and provide deep technical expertise in metallurgical process operations. As this is a newly created position in a growing company, it offers a unique opportunity to build, improve, and take real ownership of your work with a strong emphasis on practical, hands-on execution of customer projects. The role combines customer relationship leadership, service execution, technical reporting, commissioning support, troubleshooting, guarantee case handling, and active participation in process development. Because Elmery operates in a start-up environment, you will face high dynamism, continuously evolving objectives, and shifting priorities.
