Overview
As the Senior ServiceNow Specialist you are responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable enterprise workflows and applications within the ServiceNow platform. You will bridge business requirements and technical execution by leading platform upgrades, managing third‑party integrations, and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). You ensure the reliability, performance, and stability of the platform while providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Additionally, you are the primary technical resource for Tier2 and Tier3 support, handling complex incidents, technical escalations, and advanced troubleshooting.
