Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong of hands-on ServiceNow development experience to design, develop, and optimize ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing best-practice ServiceNow capabilities, mentoring junior developers, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow development activities: requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment
