  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementation, Strong hands‑on experience in CMDB and Discovery, Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
  • 3+ years of experience in integration or platform with ServiceNow
  • 5+ years’ experience and proven specialisation in ServiceNow ITAM implementation
  • 3+ HAM/SAM implementations as Developer
