Overview

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our ServiceNow Platform team and help shape the next generation of IT Operations experiences. In this role you will own both core ITOM BAU stability and exciting new AI‑enabled integration use cases such as Microsoft Copilot for Teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide senior‑level technical ownership for ServiceNow ITOM BAU support, ensuring stability and high availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across
    • ITOM, IT Asset Management, Security Operations applications and overall platform as needed
    • MID Server, credential issues, Discovery failures, integration errors
    • Alert ingestion, enrichment, correlation, routing, and noise reduction
