Job Description

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB / Discovery Developer/Lead to design, implement, and optimize IT Operations Management capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. This role will own Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB data quality, working closely with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to deliver accurate service visibility and operational automation.

Work Mode - Onsite 5 days per week in Calgary

Duration - 1 year with a possibility of multiple extensions

Must Haves

  • 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow ITOM suite: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB.
  • Deep understanding of CMDB design, CI relationships, reconciliation, and normalization.
  • Deep understanding of CSDM, CI lifecycle, and CMDB governance.
  • Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer.
