Abou the role: We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Professional to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in large-scale implementations while contributing to the growth of a global, market-leading practice.
Work Setup: Hybrid (2x a week RTO)
Work Shift: Flexible/ Rotational Shift
Work Location: Taguig or Cebu
Responsibilities:
Configure and customize ServiceNow (workflows, UI actions, client scripts, business rules)
Build service request fulfillment workflows and process automations
Perform integrations (Web Services, SOAP, Orchestration)
Develop dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics solutions
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Execute system and integration testing
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years experience in ServiceNow development
Strong ServiceNow implementation background (HR, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, ITOM)
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS
