  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Service Now Discovery and MID Server configuration.
  • Minimum 5+ years Robust expertise in custom probes, sensors, and patterns for on-prem and cloud discovery.
  • Minimum 5+ years Proven experience integrating Service Now with third‑party tools and CMDB population.
  • Minimum 5+ years Deep understanding of network protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, API, JDBC) and credential‑based access.
