Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions primarily within ITSM and ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping, etc.)
- Lead or contribute to platform upgrades, patching, and migrations, ensuring mínimal disruption to services.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems (e.g., monitoring tools, CMDB data sources) using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and other protocols.
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.
- Maintain strong documentation and participate in code reviews and platform governance practices.
- Proactively identify platform optimization and automation opportunities within ITSM/ITOM processes.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, support, and guidance on best practices for ServiceNow development and architecture.
