Job Description We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect with hands-on experience in building and customizing ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on Now Assist and Agentic AI.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows
Implement and support solutions using Now Assist and Agentic AI
Collaborate with architects and functional teams to understand requirements
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations
Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices
Participate in deployments, upgrades, and platform enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Minimum 2 years of experience working with Now Assist and Agentic AI
Good understanding of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
