About the Role


Step into a high-impact leadership role where you will be the primary interface between NEC and key enterprise customers, driving service excellence, strategic growth, and long-term partnerships.

Managing large, complex accounts ($5M+ revenue), you’ll own end-to-end service delivery performance while shaping account strategy, influencing stakeholders, and unlocking new opportunities across managed services.

This is a commercially focused, customer-facing leadership role where you will drive continuous improvement, ensure SLA performance, and align NEC services with your customer’s evolving technology strategy.
