Design customer journey and develop standard processes for AIS Shop and leverage to ASP and Telewiz
· Develop UX/UI design, Design customer use case, business test, and deploy services to ensure proper shop solutions
· Work with the Solution Team to integrate related business conditions and information by designing end-to-end work processes to increase efficiency and ensure better CE at the shop
· Deploy new shop experience at AIS Shop, ASP, and ensure successful deployment at Telewiz
