Job Title: Service Engineer / Service Specialist   Position Overview The Senior Service Engineer / Service Specialist is responsible for executing and overseeing the end-to-end after-sales service operations within the Mexico and Central America (CA) regions. The primary focus includes hands-on equipment repairs, RMA management, warranty contract administration, and spare parts logistics. This role also provides vital pre-sales technical support and technical training, serving as a key technical resource for the region without direct team-management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities A.
