Senior Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Safety, Compliance & Workplace Standards

• Drive a ZERO‑INJURY culture and ensure full compliance with SHE guidelines.

• Ensure implementation of housekeeping, 5S, SOP, SMP, and safety standards at all work locations.

• Participate in workplace safety audits, hazard identification, and SHE incident reporting with corrective actions.

2. Technical Service Execution

• Perform daily, scheduled, breakdown, and corrective maintenance activities to achieve targeted availability, MTTR, and MTBF.

• Lead advanced troubleshooting for CAN‑BUS, hydraulic, and electrical systems on surface drill rigs and HEMM.

• Conduct RCA, FMEA, failure analysis, and implement improvement actions.

• Implement predictive maintenance strategies to reduce unplanned downtime.
