About the Role:
You will:
  • Rapidly understand strategic priorities and stakeholder landscapes to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Collaborate with service design specialists and legislative review teams to create practical, high-quality solutions.
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Facilitate engagement with internal stakeholders, including frontline staff, to design and document services.
  • Contribute to service blueprints, journey maps, presentations, and governance materials.
