Location: Hybrid – Downtown Toronto (4 days/week in office)

Compensation: $160–200K CAD base + meaningful early-stage equity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI SaaS startup building a next-generation developer platform for engineers in a highly technical, regulated domain. The product delivers step-function productivity gains through AI-native workflows and deep integration with high-performance systems.

They’re hiring a Senior Security Engineer to build and scale the security function from the ground up. The platform handles extremely sensitive data across product, models, and cloud infrastructure, so security is core to the business, not an afterthought.

This role sits at the center of trust and ownership, with responsibility across cloud, product, compliance, and operations, helping ensure the company meets enterprise-grade expectations as it scales (including SOC 2).
