JOB SUMMARY

Senior Security Coordinator as part of the Security Management team playing an integral role in thedelivery of security strategy to reduce risk and respond effectively to emerging threats in managing the sitesecurity physical operation and system. The job holder will provide hands‑on day‑to‑day supervision andguidance to Mattel security control center (CCTV) and physical guarding officers, ensuring the effectivedelivery of monitoring and manned guarding services to the highest standards always.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Physical Security Management:

• Recruiting, training, and supervising security guards, officers, and other personnel responsible for patrolling and securing facilities.
