Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement, installation, and configuration of new server hardware.
- Deploy and configure operating systems for newly provisioned hardware.
- Provision and maintain physical and virtual infrastructure environments.
- Provide Level 3 support for VMware ESX and Windows Server environments.
- Monitor infrastructure health and ensure platform stability, availability, and performance.
Project Delivery & Engineering
- Act as technical lead for server deployment, consolidation, migration, and upgrade projects.
- Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives across Windows Server and VMware environments.
- Support data center migration activities, including P2V, V2V, and infrastructure relocation projects.
- Ensure successful implementation of new infrastructure solutions while minimizing business disruption.
