Job Description

Fidelity Security Group seeks a Branch Manager stationed at the Witbank branch to oversee day-to-day operations and drive contractual compliance. You will manage staff, budgets, fleet and firearm controls, ensuring client needs are met professionally.

You will report to the Regional Manager, lead Operations Managers and play a key role in ISO compliance, risk assessments and client liaison activities. A strong leadership track record and PSIRA Grade A are essential.
