Responsibilities

  • Manage security policies, configurations, and system health checks

Requirements

  • Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or managed service environments
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and OSX
  • Scripting experience with PowerShell or Bash
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Virtualization experience with VMware or Hyper-V
