Responsibilities
- Manage security policies, configurations, and system health checks
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support customer environments

Requirements
- Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or managed service environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and OSX
- Scripting experience with PowerShell or Bash
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
