Murkez Technologies seeks a meticulous Senior SEC Reporting Specialist who will own the preparation and filing of Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K for U.S.-listed entities. You will ensure filings comply with U.S. GAAP, coordinate with auditors, and support SOX controls.

The role requires 7–10 years of hands-on SEC experience with U.S. public companies, strong attention to detail, and advanced Excel skills. On-site role based in Pakistan time zone alignment.
