We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with strong Agile and SAFe expertise to lead multiple Scrum teams in a scaled Agile environment. The role focuses on enabling high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of agility across teams and stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Agile & Scrum Expertise

  • 6+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile SAFe environments

  • Deep understanding of Scrum principles, Agile values, and SAFe practices

  • Strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies, frameworks, and best practices

  • Proven experience guiding 2–3 Scrum teams simultaneously
