Position Summary
As part of the IT Hardware asset management lifecycle transformation program, we are building a team to architect, design, build and enable IT Asset Management via process-led design, using ServiceNow as the platform solution.Client is transforming their Hardware Asset Management (HAM) practices to improve tracking and management of IT hardware through the lifecycle from purchase to disposal.
This will allow for IT Asset compliance and integrity, security, and transparency of the IT estate.The Senior Scrum Master is a leadership role responsible for guiding multiple agile teams in the effective application of Scrum and other Agile frameworks.
