Senior Scrum Master - Lisbon

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support the Group's continued adoption of Agile and serve as a coach and facilitator.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Advocate & Change Agent:

• You will champion Agile principles, Software Craftsmanship, and practices such as XP, FDD, and Agile BABOK. Your role will involve consistently promoting the value of Agile methodologies to ensure the team embraces and benefits from them.

Team & Organizational Transformation:

• You will foster strong partnerships across the organization, enabling both teams and stakeholders to experience the full benefits of Agile. You'll coach teams on adopting Agile principles while ensuring adherence to processes, and you will act as a change agent, driving Agile transformation across the organization.
