Senior Scrum Master

Requirements:

- Min 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master/Scrum Practitioner working in an agile environment - Current Certified Scrum

- Expertise in Kanban, Scrum and scaling framework such as SAFe, LESS or Disciplined Agile

- Demonstrated knowledge of scrum/agile tracking software such as Version One, Atlassian, Jira or other related programs

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams and SharePoint

- Experience using tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot(Good to Have)

- Experience with delivering trainings

- Ability to seamlessly coach team of teams (pods)

- Mentor other Scrum Masters and contribute to Lean Agile Center of Excellence

- Act as Scrum Master teams with a focus on coaching the team towards improving the delivery of value

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint/iteration planning, daily planning, retrospective, and sprint demos.
