Senior Scientist, Cleansing SPV

Main Responsibilities:

•Help create and ensure the prompt availability of innovative new products and work on product communications.

•Propose and enhance technologies produced by development laboratories; ensure ties with product positioning in line with marketing policy, working with relevant contacts involved in product communications

•Help implement initiatives needed to ensure compliance of data on product safety and performance 

•Ensure compliance with brand technical issues in relation with the laboratory head

•Ensure the relevance and conformity of product communications on scientific, technical and regulatory matters in line with L’Oréal positions and procedures

•Provide updates for marketing with regard to product pitches

•Contribute to ensuring the laboratory meets its deadlines

•Work in duo with Pre-dev team to valorize our key innovations (demo, product books, …)
