Senior SAP HRIS Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior SAP HRIS Analyst with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to help keep our HR and payroll platforms running smoothly — and to make them better every day.

This role sits within IT, and plays a key role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous evolution of our SAP HRIS landscape. You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external partners, acting as both a technical expert and trusted advisor.

• Lead the configuration, support, and optimization of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Own end-to-end HR and payroll functionality, including core HR, organizational management, time data, payroll processing, and statutory requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex payroll and HR issues such as retro calculations, schema/configuration challenges, and integration errors.
