Secondary: CCS (Settlement Management, Condition Contractor) What you will do Analyse complex business requirements across SAP Retail MM, SD, Pricing and Promotions and translate them into fit-for-purpose functional solutions. Configure, test and support SAP Retail processes, including pricing, promotions, billing, order management, inventory and related integration points. Lead gap analysis, functional design, specification writing and solution validation with business stakeholders, developers, vendors and cross‑functional teams. Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, defect management and continuous improvement of retail systems and processes.
