We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to support a telecom customer. The role involves direct interaction with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored Salesforce solutions.

Tasks

  • Develop, customize, and implement solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide recommendations.
  • Design and implement Salesforce configurations, workflows, and custom applications.
  • Optimize system performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other platforms.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions.
