Job Description
- We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Lead with over 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and solution design. The candidate will lead development efforts, interact with business stakeholders, and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, and deployment.
- Architect scalable and maintainable technical solutions using Apex, LWC, and integration tools.
- Manage and mentor junior developers; ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Interact with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Drive technical discussions, solution reviews, and effort estimations.
- Ensure platform performance, security, and data integrity.
- Oversee release management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
