In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

As a Salesforce Administrator within Emerson’s Test & Measurement (NI) business unit, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our business. You will manage system changes, uphold data integrity, and ensure a seamless user experience across departments. Your role includes gathering user feedback, implementing enhancements, managing user roles and permissions, and developing reports and dashboards that support strategic decision‑making. You will also lead training, promote user adoption, and serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert for the organization to ensure the platform is leveraged to its fullest potential.
