Senior Sales Support

We are a market‑leading company where people genuinely matter. We are looking for a Senior Sales Support to assist a field‑based manager and support key accounts across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to a field‑based manager, including diary coordination and managing their email inbox.
• Work closely with high‑profile customers.
• Quote customers, advise on stock levels, give product advice and suggest product ideas.
• Deal with inbound and outbound calls to existing customers.
• liaise directly with suppliers in the UK and overseas to gain pricing information.
• liaise with customers and other internal departments regarding any issues with customer orders.
• Review and update customers’ websites to include the product range.
• Analyze spreadsheets to monitor spend and product trends.
