Senior Sales & Marketing Executive (Industrial Development)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle industrial property sales enquiries and customer follow-ups.
  • Assist in investor acquisition and business development activities.
  • Build relationships with manufacturers, investors, consultants, and agents.
  • Conduct presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
  • Assist in coordinating with agencies such as MIDA, MITI, Invest NS, and MATRADE.
  • Prepare sales reports, market research, preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain CRM records and manage customer databases.
  • Coordinate and execute exhibitions, trade fairs, investment forums, seminars, and networking events.
  • Manage event planning and logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, registrations, transportation, accommodation, and on-site coordination.
